这不是一般的厕所，这是布达拉宫里的那个“世界上最深的厕所”，因为在这里体验了飞流直下三千尺的实景感受之后，我改变了自己观想的方式，因为这里的茅坑建在两个悬崖峭壁中间，下面就是深渊，满眼除了深不见底的岩石之外就是树丛杂草；以前是按禅密功的意念是“意想雨水沿身体流入脚下深井之中”，比布达拉宫这里差远了。

写这个话题的想法是源于去年体检时查口腔的年轻医生在查完后说——很好，很干净。平时给人介绍时，因为涉及到“秘要”，不大好意思，哪怕讲了，就连家人也不信，笑笑而已。

因此，还是决定公开讲讲，万一有人相信，照着实践一下，但凡有所得，也算是一份功德。

我只介绍自己的想法和实践，仅供参考。

护牙秘要分内外两功，先说外，这个所有人都差不多，没什么分歧，但也要讲究与时俱进，现在我是每天早上刷一遍牙，用电动牙刷（牙膏随意），开两次开关的时间，每个牙齿的三个面全部要过到，小李同学每次只按一次开关，我觉得不够。每天晚餐后用电动洗牙器冲洗一遍（冬天不要和自己为难，改加温水就可以了），严格的话，之后不应再吃东西了。

内功是源于九十年代看到的一句话，大约是登载在某气功杂志或书籍上，说是——小便时咬紧牙关，永无齿疾。我信了，就实践了下来，觉得是对的，的确有效。因为涉及到小便，涉及到会阴，禅密功称会阴为密处，故称秘要。

一般人按上述方法实践就可以了。我是有修炼禅密功基础的，当然不满足于此。由于刘汉文老师提倡“念兹，在兹，常惺惺”，再加上松密处时的观想要点之一是——似尿非尿。我就逐渐在小便时加上了意念观想，一边小便一边咬牙，同时观想全身病气和不良情绪都随小便溢出体外，流到下面的万丈深渊，再穿透地壳，被地心熔岩的光和热化为虚无。

关于这个秘要，我还看到过类似的说法。其一，很早之前在深圳福田香蜜湖农园路附近一家高级餐馆的洗手间看到过提示，要求小便时咬紧牙关，同时还要四肢用力，全身肌肉紧张。我猜想该同志应该也是看到了和我看到的差不多的信息，也求发展，但他是追求肉身发展，我以为这条路走偏了，不宜提倡。其二，据说有福建某寺和尚教人养生之法，其中有一条是——小便时咬紧牙关，意沉丹田；其另一配套功法是每日脚尖离墙一拳站立，双手叉腰蹲起360次，每日两次。这个说法，我没实践，不能批评，录在这里，供参考。

顺便说一句，想去布达拉宫体验悬崖厕所的同志，不用去了，该厕所从2015年起就不再对外开放了。你说那想要体验怎么办？这个，我就不多言了，作为思考题，自己想想。
